Who actually writes the articles on Pitchline?
Every piece carries the name of the writer at the top. Most of our contributors have covered football for local papers or non-league clubs before joining us, and their past work is linked from their author page.
How is Pitchline funded, and does that affect coverage?
The site runs on a mix of reader support and a small number of sponsorships, both listed on our about page. Sponsors have no say in match analysis, transfer coverage or editorial opinion.
Can I suggest a topic, team or player for you to cover?
Yes. Use the contact form and tell us the team, player or trend you want covered. We read every suggestion, though we can't cover everything given our publishing schedule.
What happens if you get a fact or stat wrong?
We add a correction note directly under the paragraph in question within 30 days of the original publish date, and we keep a short log of past corrections linked from the footer.
